Josh received his B.S. degree in health science from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1998. He will receive his M.S. degree in kinesiology, with emphasis on applied sports biomechanics and applied sports physiology from Georgia Southern University in the summer of ’09. He is a certified strength and conditioning coach (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holds corrective exercise (CES) and performance exercise (PES) specialist distinctions with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise since 1996 and the American College of Sports Medicine since 2005. He is certified in performance nutrition through the International Sports Science Association and is a certified Lifestyle and Weight Management consultant with the American Council on Exercise. Josh has been a sports performance coach since 2001 when he began assisting Chip Smith at Competitive Edge Sports in the preparation of top college football players for the NFL combine. Since then he has worked with countless athletes involved in many sports at the high school, college and professional level. He currently owns Health and Fitness Consultants, a firm that contracts services to the Atlanta Athletic Club, where Josh has provided personal training, nutrition counseling and sports performance coaching to members since 2000. Josh and his wife, Shea, reside in Johns Creek.
Travis is a sport specific strength and conditioning coach in Atlanta. He has been a Certified Fitness Trainer for twelve years. In college, he was a wrestler while he majored in Finance and minored in Exercise Physiology from Clemson University. He is a Specialist with the Master Trainers Association.
Travis trains young and old alike, anyone who is trying to better themselves through nutrition and exercise. He also coaches numerous athletes from high school, college and professional levels including NFL, MLB and NBA.
Travis currently trains at The Forum Athletic Club in Johns Creek, Georgia and has been there for over eleven years. He also trains several in-home clients. Travis never misses a day of training for himself both physically and mentally. When Travis is not training, he loves spending time with his wife and two kids.

After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University in 1975, Buddy Primm began his career in the fitness industry at Cosmopolitan Health Spa and shortly thereafter performed in his first bodybuilding show at the age of twenty-four. In 1989, at thirty-eight, he competed in his final competition, placing fourth at the NPC Junior Mr. Georgia. He started the Personal Training Institute of Atlanta (PTI) and has been training high-level athletes ever since.
Bronson Walters, Kinesiotherapist, has extensive knowledge of muscular anatomy and applicable physics course work in kinesiology, human anatomy and physiology and exercise sport athletic training. He has fifteen years of working knowledge, knowledge of rehabilitation and physiotherapy techniques using interferential, TENS, cryotherapy, diathermy, acupressure, goniometric measurements, spinulator, high frequency, ultrasound, plyometrics, sports specific strength and conditioning.
Bronson’s formal education includes a B.S. in Sports Medicine with a minor in Psychology, Masters in Sports Health Science from Radford University and Chiropractic studies at Life College of Chiropractic. He holds licenses and certificates with American Kinesiotherapist Association, Top 100 Kinesiotherapist International Fitness Professionals Association, American College of Sports Medicine, National Academy of Sports Medicine Partner, CPR and First Aid, Chiropractic Sports Physician as well as Certificate of Appreciation from Tuck Clinic of Chiropractic in 1994.
Bronson analyzes and implements exercise programs designed to release chronic muscular tension, minimize acute injuries and enhance the functional capacity of everyday life. He focuses on the efficiency of body movement and maximizing work with effort; designing fitness programs to each individual’s needs; educating, enriching and ensuring each individual of reaching his/her optimal health; restructuring skeletal system mechanics to positive gravity; decompensating muscle systems developed during compensations of poor kinetics thus leading to sports injuries. Bronson has had the pleasure to work with many elite athletes in the NFL, MLB, PGA, WNBA, LPGA, NHL, US Olympics, Special Olympics record holders, and many college athletes.
Bronson’s current endeavors include Kinesiotherapist at Synergy Release Sports in Alpharetta, GA; Kinesiotherapist and Director of Elite Training/Sports Lab in Atlanta, GA; Training Coordinator for Chiro4Sports in Alpharetta, GA; Kinesiotherapist and Owner/Operator of XPE/Sports Lab in Roswell, GA; and. His past affiliations include Kinesiotherapist at the 2009 NFL Combine in Indianapolis, IN; Director of Fitness at Gold’s Gym; Turk Clinic of Chiropractic in Christiansburg, VA; Hippotherapy at Chastain Horse Park in Atlanta, GA.
In his spare time, Bronson enjoys training and competing in Triathlons. He ranked 2nd in the State of Georgia by USAT 2001-2006; ranked 63rd in the Nation by the USAT 2001-2006 and placed 2nd in the 2002 Georgia Games Short Course. While he enjoys his workouts and triathlon events, his real passion in life is his family.
